Very happy to have variance approval for this wonderful 3 storey apartment building for my client @pamelablais This Office Ou designed project is the first to receive approval for a single stair alternative solution. That approval allowed space to add an additional unit.

@IKEACanada Thanks for confirming my order is ready for pickup, and then after I wait in your lot for an hour I get told that it’s not picked . And then told I will get a call but never called. You really have to try hard to be this bad
