What’s even more surprising is the selective targeting of #Peddi by certain websites and social media handles, when the same pricing pattern was followed for several other big Telugu star films in the past. వాళ్లది విధ్వంస, విచ్ఛిన్న పాలన.. మాది దక్షత, దార్శనిక పాలన •గత ప్రభుత్వ ఆర్ధిక విధ్వంసం రాష్ట్రాన్ని 30 ఏళ్లు వెనక్కి నెట్టింది •అడుగడుగునా అప్పులు మిగిల్చారు.. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రాయోజిత పథకాలనీ పక్కన పెట్టారు •అనాలోచిత నిర్ణయాలతో విద్యుత్ సంస్థలకు రూ. 1.29 లక్షల కోట్ల నష్టం •కూటమి ప్రభుత్వంలో ప్రతి పైసా పారదర్శకంగా ప్రజా సంక్షేమానికి ఖర్చు •ఈ బడ్జెట్ ప్రజల ఆశలు, ఆకాంక్షలకు ప్రతిరూపం •కూటమి హయాంలో గ్రామీణాభివృద్దికి పెద్దపీట •అసెంబ్లీలో ద్రవ్య వినిమయ బిల్లుపై జరిగిన చర్చలో రాష్ట్ర ఉపముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ @PawanKalyan గారు గత ప్రభుత్వం విధ్వంసం, విచ్ఛిన్నంతో కూడిన పాలన సాగిస్తే... కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం దూరదృష్టి, దక్షత, దార్శనికతతో కూడిన పాలన అందిస్తుందని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు పేర్కొన్నారు. గత ఐదేళ్లలో గత పాలకులు ఆర్థిక విధ్వంసం సృష్టించి రాష్ట్రాన్ని గందరగోళంలోకి నెట్టివేశారని స్పష్టం చేశారు. వారు చేసిన ఆర్థిక విధ్వంసం వల్ల రాష్ట్రం 30 ఏళ్లు వెనక్కు వెళ్లిందని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. మనకున్న పరిమిత వనరులను ఎంత సమర్థవంతంగా వినియోగించుకోవాలో ఆర్థిక మంత్రి శ్రీ పయ్యావుల కేశవ్ గారు ప్రవేశపెట్టిన బడ్జెట్ చూస్తే అర్థమవుతుందని, ఈ బడ్జెట్ ఐదుకోట్ల ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలు, ఆశలు నెరవేర్చేలా ఉందని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. అసెంబ్లీలో ద్రవ్య వినిమయ బిల్లుపై శాసనసభలో జరిగిన చర్చలో మాట్లాడారు. “అభివృద్ధి.. సంక్షేమం.. పారదర్శకత.. జవాబుదారీతనం.. ప్రతి అడుగులో ఈ నాలుగు అంశాలే ఆలంబనగా గౌరవ ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ @narendramodi గారి మార్గ దర్శనంలో, సుదీర్ఘ పరిపాలనా అనుభవం కలిగిన గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ @ncbn నాయుడు గారి నాయకత్వంలోని కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం త్వరలో రెండేళ్ల పాలన పూర్తి చేసుకోబోతోందని తెలిపారు. గత ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 9.74 లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులు చేసి సృష్టించిన ఆర్థిక విధ్వంసం నుంచి రాష్ట్రాన్ని బయటపడేసేందుకు నిరంతరం ప్రయత్నిస్తూనే ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన పాలన అందించేందుకు నిరంతరాయంగా కృషి చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఒక్క సామాజిక భద్రత పెన్షన్ల కోసమే రూ.33వేల కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నాం. ఆర్ధిక విధ్వంసం, ప్రకృతి విధ్వంసం, పర్యావరణ విధ్వంసం ఇలా ప్రతి అడుగులో మీరు చేసిన విధ్వంసం దాని వల్ల రాష్ట్రం ఎంత నష్టపోయింది. ప్రజలకు ఎంత నష్టం జరిగింది. ప్రతి అంశం లెక్కలతో సహా ఉన్నాయి. గత పాలకులు పాలకులు రూ. 9.74 లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పులు మా మీద వేసి వెళ్లారు. అందులో వివిధ శాఖల పరిధిలో పనులు చేయించుకుని కాంట్రాక్టర్లు, వెండర్లకు వాళ్ళు చెల్లించకుండా వదిలి వెళ్లిన అప్పులే 1.35 లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నాయి. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత రూ. 25 వేల కోట్లు అప్పులు చెల్లించాం. నీటిపారుదల, రోడ్లు భవనాలు, పరిశ్రమలు ఇలా శాఖల వారీగా ప్రాజెక్టుల కోసం మరో రూ. 37 వేల కోట్లు విడుదల చేశాం. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత మీరు మిగిల్చిన అప్పులు తీరుస్తూ అదనంగా మేము కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాలకి 2025-26 ఆర్ధిక సంవత్సరంలోనే రూ. 18,700 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసినట్టు వెల్లడించారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి వచ్చిన రూ.10,500 కోట్ల నిధులను వినియోగించుకోవడంలో కూడా వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఘోరంగా విఫలమైంది. కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాలకి రాష్ట్ర మ్యాచింగ్ గ్రాంట్ ఇవ్వకపోవడం కారణంగా రూ. 8,700 కోట్లు నిరుపయోగం అయిపోయాయి. ఫలితంగా కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాల అమలు ఆగిపోయింది. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో పూర్తి చేయకుండా వదిలేసి వెళ్లిన పులివెందుల, డోన్, ఉద్దానం ప్రాజెక్టులకు రూ.400 కోట్లు కేటాయించి, మల్టీ విలేజ్ స్కీం ప్రాజెక్టులను ఈ వేసవిలోనే ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురాబోతున్నాం. మరో రూ. 7,910 కోట్లతో ఐదు జిల్లాల పరిధిలో మెగా వాటర్ గ్రిడ్ ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రారంభించినట్టు తెలిపారు. జల్ జీవన్ మిషన్ ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలో నీటి ఎద్దడి ఎక్కువగా ఉన్న 3 వేల గ్రామాలను గుర్తించాం. వాటికి శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం కోసం ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందిస్తున్నాం. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి గ్రామానికి స్వచ్ఛమైన, శుద్ధమైన తాగునీరు అందించేలా కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు వెళ్తుంది. రాష్ట్రాభివృద్ధికి కీలకమైన మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనకు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తుంది. వైసీపీ ఐదేళ్ల పాలనలో చేసిన ఖర్చు.. 20 నెలల్లో మన ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన ఖర్చు ఒకసారి చూసుకుంటే ఈ విషయం అర్థమవుతుంది. సీసీ, బీటీ రోడ్ల కోసం వైసీపీ సర్కార్ రూ. 641 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తే... కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం 20 నెలల కాలంలోనే రూ. 3853 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసింది. వైసీపీ నాయకులు తమ ఐదేళ్ల కాలంలో 854 కిలోమీటర్ల సీసీ రోడ్లు, 239 కిలోమీటర్ల బీటీ రోడ్లు వేస్తే... కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం 6 వేల కిలోమీటర్ల సీసీ రోడ్లు, 1331 కిలోమీటర్ల బీటీ రోడ్లు నిర్మించినట్టు స్పష్టం చేశారు. గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించి ఐదేళ్లలో వైసీపీ పెట్టిన మొత్తం ఖర్చు రూ. 4610 కోట్లు అయితే... కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం 20 నెలల్లో రూ. 11,506 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసినట్టు తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి పట్ల ఎంత నిబద్ధతతో పనిచేస్తున్నామో ఈ లెక్కలే చెబుతాయి. మన దేశంలో ఉన్న కోర్టుల సంఖ్యకు, అక్కడి మౌలిక సదుపాయాలకు, రోజువారీగా నమోదు అవుతున్న కేసుల సంఖ్యకు మధ్య స్పష్టమైన అసమతుల్యత ఉంది. ప్రస్తుతం దేశంలో చాలా కోర్టుల పరిస్థితిని పరిశీలిస్తే, కనీస మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కూడా అందుబాటులో లేని పరిస్థితి కనిపిస్తోంది. ముఖ్యంగా మహిళా న్యాయవాదులు కోసం టాయిలెట్ సదుపాయాలు కూడా చాలా చోట్ల లేవు. అందుకే బడ్జెట్‌లో న్యాయశాఖకు తగిన నిధులను కేటాయించే బాధ్యత లెజిస్లేటివ్ వ్యవస్థ మీద ఉందని నేను భావిస్తున్నాను. ఈ సందర్భంలో ఈ సంవత్సరం ఆర్థిక శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ పయ్యావుల కేశవ్ గారు ప్రవేశపెట్టిన బడ్జెట్‌లో దాదాపు 100 కొత్త కోర్టు భవనాల నిర్మాణానికి రూ.349 కోట్లను కేటాయించడం మనస్పూర్తిగా అభినందిస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం కూటమి నేతలంతా ఐక్యంగా ముందుకెళ్లాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.రాష్ట్రం సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధి సాధించాలంటే కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం మరో 15 ఏళ్లు అధికారంలో ఉండాల’న్నారు.
