@BigolWave Phones /= human evolution, we are an animal, and our intelligence, form, health competence, capabilities, etc. are all degenerating and have been since we moved away from nature.
Being evolutionarily consistent is the only way any species can stay healthy.
English

This of course ignores every technological innovation and all other progress we’ve made as a species. No sane or logical person would take this statement seriously. There are certainly arguments to be made that certain structural elements of our physical form are degenerating.. but that still doesn’t mean every accomplishment that humans made since leaving our natural environment wasn’t worth it. I actually agree with you on a lot of your points but a sloven deference to all that is “natural” is lazy, incomplete, and often counterproductive if not simply incorrect thinking
English

@BigolWave @HamidBergamo This is retarded, is grass a “poisonous food” to a cow?
English

You’re trying to move the goalpost you said antacids not tums. Bicarbonate is an antacid that is found in nature which using your words is “evolutionarily consistent”. Our ancestors did many things that aren’t healthy including eating various poisonous foods including PUFA heavy fish. Which doesn’t matter anyway because that argument only works if it hinges of your original axiom of evolutionary consistency which I already pointed out isn’t logical
English

@BigolWave How incredibly ignorant, since the advent of farming we have devolved exponentially as a species.
We have smaller brains, facial and skeletal deformities and rampant disease.
To characterize this as a “higher form of life” is laughable.
English

@raykeatard Your argument here hinges on the assumption that we basically should have stayed a lower level of life form to remain “evolutionarily consistent” which any logical person would realize is ridiculous
English

@BigolWave @HamidBergamo Eating fish…. Taking Tums… which did our ancestors do for hundreds of thousands of years?
English

@raykeatard @HamidBergamo Bicarbonate is the main ingredient used in many commercial antacids. You’re either intentionally being dense or you’re just plain retarded
English

@BigolWave @HamidBergamo Niggas have shit arguments and start sperging out about airplanes.
English

@raykeatard @HamidBergamo Dudes stop eating carbs and then start forgetting what they said 5 seconds ago. Many such cases
English

@BigolWave @HamidBergamo The point was, omega 3’s are evolutionarily consistent, tums are not.
English

@raykeatard @HamidBergamo Dawg read the message I responded to you said antacids don’t exist in our evolutionary past
English

@BigolWave Yes, none of those things are healthy, jet lag exists for a reason.
If you lived in an evolutionarily consistent environment and ate an appropriate diet you wouldn’t need a thiamine tablet, obviously.
English

@raykeatard “Evolutionary consistent” is a fallacy. We do so many things that are unnatural. Drive cars. Ride airplanes. Is flying unhealthy just because we weren’t evolved to fly? What about taking fat soluble thiamine? It doesn’t exist in nature but it’s saved millions of lives
English

@BigolWave @HamidBergamo What does that have to do with taking antacid tablets?
English

@raykeatard @HamidBergamo Your body makes bicarbonate which is literally an antacid
English

@HamidBergamo @BigolWave PUFA in general is unavoidable if consuming any fats, optimize omega3:6 ratio for circadian biology.
I still incorporate peaty principles, like consuming gelatin and minimizing O6, but for me high carb is inflammatory.
Acne has cleared, better body composition, etc.
English

@raykeatard @BigolWave My point is that omega3 may suppress immune system and that's a way that you might feel benefits.
Are you also OK with other PUFAs, or only omega3s?
Also curious to know why you stopped peating - how was it before vs now? Seeing benefits now?
English

@raykeatard @BigolWave Read again what you wrote so you'll understand why I answered that.
English

@HamidBergamo @BigolWave I don’t remember antacids being part of our evolutionary past? 🤔
English

@raykeatard @BigolWave You see benefits because they suppress your immune system.
A close person to me has been taking PPIs antacids and only "felt benefits" - hopefully we both know that PPIs are not a solution.
Sometimes you'd think you are benefiting, but you are makijg things worse.
English

@shr_eax @BigolWave DHA has gone unchanged for 600 million years, vital for brain evolution, retinal pathways (highest density in RPE/central retinal to SCN/hypothalamus), cell membranes, electron handling, semiconductor-like properties and protection against modern stressors.
English

@raykeatard @BigolWave I'd be willing to believe this if there was a plausible biochemical mechanism explaining it
English

@BigolWave What possible reason would we have to assume that everyone SHOULD respond well to any pharmaceutical lol
English

@nickbignyc @BigolWave Easy, take any animal off their evolutionary consistent diet and or environment and they degenerate and develop disease.
Pottenger’s cat study.
English

@nickbignyc @BigolWave Yes. We are natural beings and are adapted and optimized to our evolutionary environment and nutrition.
English

@MetabolicMikeM Good way to spike your metabolic water deuterium levels… not good unless you’re living somewhere tropical and you’re outside all the time.

Real healthmaxxing truths:
Sugar is healthy.
You can stay lean on a high-carb diet.
Coffee is better with loads of sugar.
Diet Coke is worse than the real thing.
Fasting wrecks your metabolism.
Salt isn't the enemy.
PUFAs are the real villain.
Liver glycogen runs your sleep.
Stress drives heart disease.
If you nodded along, we should be friends.
