When we used to instruct children and staff with contagious illness to stay off school, to avoid spreading it.
When we encouraged poorly children to rest and recover at home.
When we sympathised with people who were unwell.
We called it "care".

@sylena_taylor @doremei_ @meowriza It converts a plug to a socket or vice versa. Handy if you need to connect two cables together or only have the wrong type of cable. This one looks like a DA-15 connector, which was used on old PC joysticks and some types of network cabling back in the 80s and 90s

I can’t…I’m shook. The technology to limit spread of 90% of respiratory viruses *safely and cheaply* in indoor spaces has existed and been proven since the 1950’s…and it was never implemented even in hospitals 🏥

Update a week after Covid exposures (housemates, then friend)... I seem to have avoided infection. Masks, HEPA filters, ventilation, antihistamines, Nova- Abs & MAbs. Testing negative. Feeling well so far, got more energy after break from usual (stressful & mouldy) environment.

@raynerlucas Still doing fine, tests negative, not ill, but only day 4 since exposure, so a few days before can be sure-ish. Have been using multiple mitigations & started multiple daily CPC mouthwash & nasal wash routine (plus have both MAbs & Novavax Abs in blood according to recent tests).

Slight nightmare situation of escaping houseshare covid outbreak by staying with friends only for friends to test positive for covid within a day (at least the friends masked the second a symptom appeared a few hrs in). Fingers crossed I avoid Covid 😷🙏

Glad my friend has separate rooms, bathrooms & balcony, so we can isolate (what with their covid infection). Loading up on fresh foods, hopefully moving to an AirBnB this afternoon. Cinnamon-maxxing my tea because of that one Cinnamon vs Covid study. Inside 524, outside 486 ppm.
