@Lexus my 2024 Lexus NX has a recall, called Lexus of Tampa bay to set up an appt to get it taken care of. They told me the next available appt is in June. 3 MONTHS FROM NOW. That must be a joke right?? Such poor customer service. Very disappointed.

@guZzy92fs @Lexus I am also experiencing a major safety negligence in my vehicle and Lexus is choosing the ignore the issue. Their automatic parking system malfunctioned and wrecked into another car causing damage to both vehicles. Damage + major safety issue. Agreed, what a shame! #LexusSucks

"Hey @Lexus, I just had two safety recalls (Fuel Pump/Takata) performed at an authorized dealer and they released my GX460 with a DISCONNECTED fuel vapor line and an active Airbag fault. This is a major safety negligence. Lexus in DR what a shame!

@Lexus I can’t believe they call this luxury. I bought a “luxury” Lexus which turned out to have a damaged parking system. Lexus refuses to take responsibility for a technology failure in their vehicle and is leaving the customer out to dry.

Attention!! Do not buy from @Lexus !! Horrible customer service and experience trying to contact their team regarding a major safety issue in my new vehicle. Been ignored from Lexus with zero contact after I’ve been trying to contact them for well over a month.
