❓Is 80% the new 100% ❓ With ever more doctors changing to LTFT working, FT are often a minority rota group. If 80% is a full rota slot: - FT take extra shifts to make 100% - departments ?able to ask 4 more trainees/fellows from HEE/trusts ❓Should 80% be the new 100%❓
