San Diego could’ve kept the Chargers but they didn’t want their poor toursists to pay extra hotel tax. Cry less about the move San Diego could be a top city for the World Cup and the Olympics up there with LA. The voters ultimately fucked themselves over in the long run

I don’t know much about this guy, but this has always been my thinking. This is the wrong team to buy if your plan is to be cheap. We’ve got two players pushing 40 who are set to make around $30 million, and with how competitive the sale process was, it’s hard to imagine whoever won the bid isn’t fully committed to spending and staying competitive.
