@JoyceCarolOates It is my understanding he had been sick and was also on cold medication, which is labeled to say don't drive or operate machinery...

@JoyceCarolOates Then keep your Father’s name.

NEW: He and his family faced threats from the Taliban in Afghanistan after his brother worked as an interpreter for the US military, and then moved to the US and joined the Army. They escaped during the withdrawal. Now, he sits in ICE custody at risk of being sent back — a fate his brother, now a US Army veteran, fears will end in a death sentence. Asked about the case, a DHS spox said the man, Lal Mohammed Noorwali, has a “criminal history” of an arrest for assault and property damage. A 2023 case shows Lal was charged with “criminal mischief” but that the charge was dismissed by a judge in Galveston. DHS did not respond to follow up questions. cnn.com/2026/02/13/pol…

Hey @DAGToddBlanche, I saw the unredacted version of this email, and there is no reason it should be redacted from the public. Unless, of course, you are trying to protect your master @realdonaldtrump.

Jack White on Trump’s racist post about the Obamas: “How is it possible we've given this evil man so much power?… Arrest this man. Impeach this man. 25th amendment this man. Indict this man. Jail this man. This longtime friend of pedophile Epstein...”

On Instagram, Minneapolis journalist and anchor Jana Shortal of @kare11 - clearly wearing a press credentials - says she was pepper sprayed and punched in the eye by federal agents while trying to capture the aftermath of today’s fatal shooting.

yes, living there at the time but not involved personally. people probably don't know, or care, but-- UC Berkeley is a massive campus. 98% of the students are not actively involved in anything but their studies. while a peaceful protest is being whipped up to violence on the far side of the campus where a controversial speaker is expected, students are attending classes or working in science labs on the farther side of the campus near Hearst Ave. probably little aware of or interested in the mayhem elsewhere.
