@RunComPod @DeeringRob @PaulTonkinson happy 10th anniversary, boys! You aren’t going to believe this but you were 1st podcast I ever listened to and I’ve been a faithful listener ever since. Not sure how I found the podcast but I think it was maybe recommended in RW or somewhere?

@rc1972 Back on X,This photo brings me so much pride! but also the fantastic fell race you all put on! more importantly the friendships that can be gained from running and just talking to folk on the trail or fell we run. If we never said hello at Challenger this photo wouldn’t exist!!!

2 days to race day and conditions have been very varied in the Peak District. For Saturday’s race we are expecting it to be wet and very muddy! 😊

A group photo at the signpost…and we carried on to Bellingham, where there will be a checkpoint during the race. Coffee, cakes and sandwiches eaten it was time for the final 15 miles to Byrness.

@nuddypants @Ultra_Damo Sounds like it’s been wet all year. Best to hope for hard frost like last year and just load up on warm kit…. I’m doing the trigger again this year so might see you all coming the other way around crowden (need to check the dates)….
