@AmericanAir My flight got canceled and it was automatically rebooked to an airport that is not my destination. I try to rebook online but shows flights to the new destination. Need to speak to somebody 3 hour wait on phone and 2 for chat. Been on chat 2 hours nothing...Help

@AmericanAir its a 3 hour wait on phone and 2 hour wait on chat message. How are customers supposed to get help? Is this the high quality customer support you brag about. 3 hours is not high quality its the lowest quality. Its like I would expect from the worst airline ever.

@clickup @clickup when I have a problem and have to spend 5 minutes with the chat bot before a human then the human chats once every 10 minutes. Then in 30 minutes tells me they will send the issue to tech support and they will email me.

@clickup I will stick with Slack. What if it stops working and I can not get any support. The chat bot I guess would tell me to contact support via chat or email like it always does.

@clickup This says Power Partner. ClickUp is not a partner with its customers. @clickup does not even have support. It has an AI chat bot. Once you spend 3 minute on it you can reach a human at a chat center who barley knows the product. That is not a partner. Fools

@clickup I would hit redo set the time to around 1 year ago when we put all of our company's information in ClickUp and put it in another software program because ClickUp is for hobbyist and our company is our most valuable asset. We made a big mistake I would redo it. I am now.

Do not setup you whole company in @clickup because your company is one of the most important assets you will have. And when it is running on ClickUp and you have problems you get to contact them via chat and wait for an email that never comes. ClickUp is for hobbies not real work

@clickup Why does ClickUp Support mark cases solved that are not solved. Paid subscriber contacts chat about a previous issue that has not been resolved they say somebody will contact you via email. Then they issue me a new support ticket number- nobody responds then they close

96 days ago @QuickBooks put out a bad update and they still have not fixed all the issues. Sales tax, estimates, invoices is still not working correctly. 96 days what other company on the planet would take over 90 days to fix a bad software release @Intuit needs new management.

34 days and @QuickBooks online is still not been fixed. @Intuit @sasan_goodarzi and @AlexGBalazs can you update your support team on what is going on so they can let customers know. Not even gave us or support an update on when this will be fixed. Remove this update its time.
