@GetYourGuide Having a bad experience with the so called tours in Tokyo. The guides do nothing but drive and have very little to no knowledge. It’s very disappointing and feels like a scam. In fact, my latest activity automatically posted a five star review without my consent!!

@Avis Just had the worst customer experience ever. I was called 1 hour before pickup and told no minivans were available. I made the reservation months ago. I absolutely needed this van! I am so screwed and have no options. Thanks @Avis for ruining months of planning!
