@AmazonHelp Just spoke to the delivery guy on 9284894223..he also says he did not deliver missing item.. Not sure your internal investigation team investigated this..

@AmazonHelp Called and took me to the same customer service team which after keeping me on hold for 10 mins gave the same reason..

@AmazonHelp As mentioned have escalated post speaking on customer center chat, customer center call and the caller even connected to leadership member. However none had reason for rejection other than calling it "internal investigation".
