Ohio State is the best team in CFB. Penn State is bringing everyone back. Michigan is loaded with talent. Oregon is consistently elite. Nebraska has a great HC & QB. USC has an angry Lincoln Riley. And UCLA just got Nico Iamaleava. The Big Ten is an absolute powerhouse.
