A demonstration video for trading on the Isometric platform.
This post also contains some updates regarding the status of the Isometric devnet launch and whitepaper updates regarding tokenized positioning and related actions.
Let's get into it!
Trading on Isometric is designed to be incredibly intuitive and simple. Simply browse through markets that interest you within the Markets tab, click it and you'll be brought to the market trading page where you, as a trader, are able to set your prediction range upper and lower bounds, view your payout distribution based on the Isometric proximity-payout curve usage, view your order summary and much more.
Trading on Isometric is intended to be simple and straightforward— the system behind the platform is complex but all user-facing interactions are meant to be the polar opposite.
Information asymmetry is now able to be traded within markets properly where you can capitalize on the information you have without penalizing traders who do not have the same information. These two scenarios are no longer mutually exclusive and can coexist for the first time through the Isometric platform.
Directional bias is now included within prediction systems whilst trading— no more being "nearly correct" and missing not only an entire payout, but also losing all of your collateral.
Complex belief distributions, inherent asymmetric variables across a wide array of different niches and knowledge fields, intuition and every other factor in play that shines through when trading on a prediction market is no longer compressed into a binary outcome— Isometric not only completely flips the currently-used model within the industry but completely overhauls it piece-by-piece from the ground-up not only for innovative purposes, but to also fill the obvious-in-hindsight gaps that plague the current protocols!

We're actively prepping for the devnet release of the Isometric platform and are currently running through some edge-cases regarding bounding usage in inherently volatile markets and tokenized positioning and the usage of Token-2022 vs. Metaplex Core to represent individualized positions for collateralization and trading— Orca recently validated the path from Metaplex to Token-2022 for similar rationale that we have at Isometric so we've revisited this topic and are adjusting.
Tomorrow we'll be giving a comprehensive update regarding the edge-cases listed and our intended fixes and current options along with pushing a new update to the whitepaper and Isometric Technical Overview paper to add five new sections: Technical Architecture & why we're using Anchor's framework, Tokenized Positions, Tokenized Position Staking, $ISO Tokenomics and Platform Integration, and Governance.

Bank garansi ga cuma buat proyek konstruksi tapi bisa juga untuk proyek kreatif dan website development
Simpelnya: bank garansi itu surat jaminan dari bank yang bilang "kalau orang ini gak selesaiin kewajibannya, kami yang tanggung."
Lo pake ini buat ikut tender, dapet uang muka proyek, atau nego sistem pembayaran yang lebih enak sama client.
Ada 4 jenis yang paling sering dipake:
1. Bid Bond (jaminan tender). Syarat buat ikut tender proyek pemerintah. Bukti lo serius dan gak asal ikut terus kabur.
2. Performance Bond (jaminan pelaksanaan). Jaminan ke pemilik proyek bahwa lo bakal selesaiin kerjaan sesuai kontrak. Kalau lo gagal, pemilik proyek bisa cairkan garansi ini.
3. Advance Payment Bond (jaminan uang muka). Lo mau dapet uang muka dari pemilik proyek buat mulai kerja? Mereka minta jaminan dulu dari bank bahwa uang muka itu bakal dipake sesuai kontrak.
4. Maintenance Bond (jaminan pemeliharaan). Setelah proyek selesai, lo masih bertanggung jawab 6-12 bulan buat perbaikan kalau ada yang rusak. Ini jaminannya.
Cara daftarnya: dateng ke bank (biasanya BNI, BRI, Mandiri, BTN), bawa dokumen kontrak proyek, laporan keuangan perusahaan, dan legalitas usaha. Bank bakal evaluasi dan minta lo setor sejumlah dana sebagai jaminan (biasanya 10-100% dari nilai garansi tergantung track record lo di bank itu).
Biayanya sekitar 1-3% dari nilai garansi per tahun. Jadi kalau proyek lo Rp500 juta dan butuh performance bond, lo bayar sekitar Rp5-15 juta ke bank.
Buat agency atau vendor yang client-nya suka bayar 100% di akhir, bank garansi bisa jadi alat nego biar dapet sistem DP atau termin. Client lebih tenang karena ada jaminan dari bank.

Alasannya karena ada pergantian kebijakan dll jadi dananya ga cair.
