The most valuable lessons for your health ecosystem: ● If a label screams for nutrients, walk away ● Pasteurization kills the life force of any food by destroying bacteria which imbalances its absorption process. ● Calorie count is a myth as long as you eat unprocessed food in its natural form. ● Synthetic or lab made ingredients don't come close to real ingredients from real food. ● Calories coming from an orange are different to Calories coming from an orange juice. ● Don't consume food that's being made in a plant rather than coming from a plant. ● Never take personal training session from a bodybuilder ● Never take any diet plan from your gym trainer ● Grow your own produce if possible and try to cook it yourself at home ● Fats unlike proteins & carbs go straight to your heart via lymphatic system. So, whether it's extra Virgin olive oil or any vegetable oils, it all goes straight into the heart. ● Fat is the most valuable of all food particles, they can concentrate twice as much energy per gran as carbs or fats . ● Artificial sweetener uses zero calorie label as a masking agent but deep down it hinders your calorie estimation ability. ● Your saliva & stool are better metabolic health markers than your muscle mass & body fat %. ●Your DNA has two purposes: Repair & reproduce. It can only reproduce when there is no repair work required. Keep your body repair free. ● whatever that's been advertised and sold commercially for health is not good for your health. ● During any illness, always give your body enough time to make antibodies unless it's a life threatening condition like Pneumonia. ● Any outdoor sports or spontaneous activities are better for your brain and body than any customized workout in a simulated environment ● Coffee is an acidic product which disturbs your PH balance, no matter what people say about it. ● Calcium is the most alakaline mineral stored in your bones. During inflammation, your body leaches calcium from your bones just to restore its PH balance. ● Blood cholesterol and dietery cholesterol are two different things ● Cholesterol is a sticky cement like substance which pops up as a defensive mechanism but the real culprit is inflammation. ● Bodybuilders are the most unhealthiest people on the planet. Man, sorry to break it down to you but running is a catabolic activity. It puts so much stress on your body, especially long running. On the other hand, walking at low to moderate intensity is what humans ate meant to do along with occasional sprinting. It helps burning deposited fat for energy.

@MudrikaKavdia Humans are meant to walk, walk a lot. We are built like this. Walk, lift something heavy here and there, sprint for a while to escape from being a prey. Anything beyond that puts pressure on the joints, bones ,cartilage etc.

@gargipalaskar Coconut water, both potatoes & sweet potatoes with skin, limes, oranges and gooseberry are not that expensive. But, if you want them processed, preferably in a sachet form with added ingredients, flavours and other stuff, now that's expensive

What our “protein revolution” has come to… A full pack of a so called “high protein” snack = 7~8g protein. That is less than what you would get from a couple of eggs. But yes — curated, branded, and passed through the “First Club” filter.
