Hey @remarkablepaper — any plans to add native Markdown support to the Pro? Reading and writing .md files on e-ink would be a game changer for notes, docs, and structured writing. Would love to see this on the roadmap. Love, love love your products, BTW :-)

Request for @remarkablepaper, please update your reading epub system, it's slow, the refresh speed is like Kindle 10 years ago. Having an epub with a pen to mark things, take notes, and share would be a dream, but the state of the e-book experience right now is not good.

Trying out the @remarkablepaper for reading academic papers. So far so good: - Easy to sync with drive/dropbox. - Feels like writing with a pencil. Main downside is inability to connect with hotel WiFi as no browser. But hotspot via phone works fine. Also, would be nice if marker can jump between pen/highlighter via a gesture or button. Note: I’d probably make a dedicated drive/dropbox; as anyone who gains access to your remarkable account will also gain access to the drive.

@remarkablepaper Hey guys, your 'web interface' for ReMarkable 2 has a very nasty bug in it: timeout. Try to copy more than a couple of megabytes in and "timeout". It still works if you wait, but trying to copy it out? Never. You really need to fix this.

Hi @remarkablepaper ! A few days ago, I could import .docx documents on my Remarkable2. I tried again today, and it looks like it's impossible now. When I try to import a new doc, I have only access to pdf and epub docs. Could you explain to me what I am doing wrong?

@remarkablepaper I bought a remarkable 2 today. It's impossible to install the desktop companion app on Windows. There is no way to advance beyond the License Agreement during install......

@remarkablepaper I bought your product last week. The marker is defective and I reached out to your “live person” chat and I have officially wasted hours of my day and still don’t have this resolved. For a product that is supposed to make your life easier the CS dept is bad

@remarkablepaper 💩🫆 You are denying access to my intellectual property and I'm not sure why that wouldn't be something you would tell your customers explicitly. E.g., "We observe no decent, reasonable standard right now for IP protection, only for cybersecurity protocol use as a hostage-maker."

Hi @remarkablepaper I barely got to know my reMarkable 2, although the first helped me write two books. Do you have a reliable "find your device" program? The devices are expensive; rM cloud storage access made both worthwhile. How do I get app access sans device? #0meterMadrid

@Michael_Urwin @remarkablepaper @caseorganic I've had a terrible experience with the Remarkable paper pro. I returned one because it was ghosting so bad it was unusable. They replaced it, and now the second one is ghosting. Save your money.
