Karen Read’s legal team has noticed 20 depositions. What’s most interesting isn’t just who is being deposed, it’s who they’re forcing to talk first. If this list reflects the order they intend to take these depositions, things could get very interesting very quickly. 🫠 One statistic that should make everyone pause: 50% of the people on this list (10 out of 20) have either been fired, placed on leave, reassigned, publicly disciplined, or retired since John O’Keefe’s death. That alone raises serious questions about the integrity of the investigation. But let's focus on the top three names as they are particularly telling. 1️⃣ Canton PD Sgt. Sean Goode 🔹️Goode was the third officer on scene and was one of the officers allowed into Brian Albert’s home that morning. 🔹️More recently, information revealed through Michael Proctor’s August 2025 phone extraction suggested the two had a closer relationship than many initially realized. 🔹️Goode is currently on paid leave and reportedly restricted from public duties, and Read’s legal team has previously indicated there have been issues obtaining discovery from him 🔹️Given his role in the very earliest moments after John was found, as well as his later communications with the lead investigator, his testimony could be extremely important. 2️⃣ Canton PD Det. Kevin Albert This one is… interesting. 🔹️Kevin Albert was the detective listed as on call that night, yet he did not respond to the scene. Instead, Det. Mike Lank responded (an officer known to have longstanding connections with the Albert family.) 🔹️Albert later became infamous for a separate incident in the summer of 2022 where he and Michael Proctor were drinking together and Albert allegedly left his badge and firearm in Proctor’s MSP vehicle. 🔹️There has also long been speculation about who was coming and going from the Albert residence in the early hours of January 29. Some claiming Kevin Albert may have been seen leaving his own house at some point that morning. 🔹️He was also reportedly present at the 8 AM gathering at 34 Fairview and may have been involved around the time of the SERT search. 🔹️Notably, when former interim Chief Joe Perkins reportedly asked officers which Canton PD personnel had been present during the search, there were allegedly no clear answers. 3️⃣ Courtney Proctor And when I tell you I actually laughed seeing her name in the third spot… I’m not exaggerating. 🔹️Courtney Proctor is the older sister of former and decertified State Trooper Michael Proctor, the lead investigator of O’Keefe’s murder. 🔹️Through Proctor’s phone extraction, we learned that he was openly discussing the O’Keefe investigation with his sister, including extremely troubling comments about Karen Read and exchanging gifts for his work. 🔹️At one point, both siblings exchanged messages expressing hostility toward Read, including statements wishing death on her.. something that shocked many people following the case. 🔹️Courtney also previously made a claim that Attorney David Yannetti and plow driver Lucky Loughran visited her workplace to intimidate her, an allegation that has been widely disputed. 🔹️Given those communications, her deposition could shed more light on how much of this investigation was being discussed outside official channels. Bottom line, depositions are where people are sworn in, locked into their testimony, and confronted with evidence. And if this list really does reflect the order Read’s legal team intends to proceed starting with a responding officer, a Canton detective connected to the house, and the lead investigator’s sister suggests the defense plans to start this process by digging directly into the early investigation and the relationships surrounding it. If that’s the strategy this could get very interesting. Get the popcorn folks. 🍿

Sandra Birchmore’s case is heading to trial in federal court but the fight to even keep it there just got intense. A judge ruled on whether this case should exist at all and the details matter more than people realize. The most up-to-date timeline is as follows... Jan 30, 2026 → Farwell files Motion to Dismiss Feb 27, 2026 → Federal prosecutors file opposition Mar 9, 2026 → Judge DENIES the motion Here’s a clear breakdown of what each filing states so that we can get a full understanding of what will happen next. 🔸️ Farwell’s Argument: “This isn’t a valid federal case” He argued the indictment should be thrown out because it doesn’t properly establish federal jurisdiction and never shows a real likelihood that any communication would go to federal law enforcement 🔹️ Fed’s Response: The indictment uses the term “law enforcement officer” which legally means federal. They are NOT required to prove their case in the indictment. The “reasonable likelihood” standard comes later at trial, not now. 📍 Judge’s Ruling: Agreed with the Feds Said the indictment adequately alleges a federal offense. “Reasonable likelihood” is not required at the pleading stage. ✔️ Motion DENIED on this ground 🔸️ Farwell’s Argument: “The indictment is too vague” He claimed it doesn’t say who was communicating, doesn’t say what was being communicated, and doesn’t say who it was going to 🔹️ Fed’s Response: Indictments are supposed to be simple, not detailed. He’s asking for evidence, not legal sufficiency. If he wants more detail he can request a bill of particulars. 📍 Judge’s Ruling: The indictment provides enough (Date, Location, Victim, Nature of alleged crimes, and Context which is sufficient to prepare a defense ✔️ Not vague → Motion DENIED 🔸️ Farwell’s Argument: “Fowler standard is missing” He relied heavily on Fowler v. United States saying the indictment must include a “reasonable likelihood” of federal communication. 🔹️ Fed’s Response: Fowler is about what must be proven at trial and is NOT something that needs to be written into the indictment. 📍 Judge’s Ruling: Fully agrees with the government. Says Farwell is confusing trial proof with charging requirements ✔️ No need to include Fowler language 🔸️ Farwell’s Argument: “If Count One fails, everything fails” He argued the second charge (death of unborn child) depends on Count One 🔹️ Fed’s Response: Count Two is its own offense 📍 Judge’s Ruling: Count One stands and Count Two stands ✔️ Nothing dismissed Judge Casper’s ruling means that the case will move forward as planned. The Feds also recently handed over their list of discovery given to Farwell thus far and noted that he has not given them any as of yet (shocker). Moving forward, we should expect to see Farwell arguing if there was any reasonable likelihood Sandra Birchmore would have communicated with federal law enforcement and also if this case should even be in federal court at all. Now it’s up to the government to connect the dots and if they can do that, this case could carry far more weight than it ever would have at the state level.

Two proven phone calls before John O'Keefe was found outside Brian Albert's home at 34 Fairview Rd: 🔹️Jen (or Matt) McCabe called Julie Albert at 4:55am. This is when Julie states she learned of John O'Keefe's death. 🔹️Jen McCabe called her sister Nicole Albert (Brian's wife) at 5:07am and spoke for 38 seconds. Jen did not deny this phone call. John O'Keefe was not found until 6:04am. He was last seen at 34 Fairview Rd. Julie Albert knew at 4:55am. What did Jen and Nicole speak of at 5:07am? What did they speak of at 6:07am and 6:08am? Why did Jen call Brian at 6:23am?
