Just chatting with friends on Telegram & people are upset they are not profiting with the quick flipping on launches.
For me, I get that and I feel it too. One thing I will say is that in my time in the space, I have learned that you need a mixture of being able to let something go and hold something tight.
If you buy something because of a certain reason and that reason never changes - whether that be a wallet bought it, it was shilled (hopefully not), or you love the idea - then why would you exit if nothing has occurred to affect your original thesis. Obviously, macro conditions and the condition of the space can be considered things that might change your perspective on the buy. The opposite also applies. If the thing that caused you to buy is no longer applicable, then why are you still holding.
Similarly, if you buy something knowing that it can be a P&D and the signs tell you it is, then don't get married to it and start joining the community. FOMO can be a really fun thing because this is all just gambling but you also need to be careful to not stack losses on top of each other and fuck your mental up.
There is a huge amount of over education in the space now and there are not as many people around that will just be there to "buy your bags" if you're early unless the project warrants buying. Whereas you used to be able to count on someone to ape late, that person is now a part of some new community that began sniping 2 months ago and prides itself on being elite.
The space has changed and will keep changing and you need to adapt or just go back to the illustrious DeFi yields.
