there is conversation regarding me not paying creatives for commissions. one individual has been relentlessly harassing me because of an oversight on me not reposting their content. a month ago i offered to pay his full rate and formally apologized (attached) for being unable to repost his content to lead my audience to find his page. it was a fundamental oversight on my behalf. although they haven’t stopped harassing me. i have never not paid out animators. I have commissioned thousands of artists and i will continue to commission more because i believe in propelling art forward. love ❤️

Hey @TeamYouTube I just got a false "Child safety" strike on my channel for covering the Otsuka Ray drama, where all I did was cover and review publicly available content on YouTube with millions of views. I submitted an appeal, and it was rejected within 10 minutes, not even given a chance to properly review the video. This is a completely false strike covering a topic dozens of other creators have covered. Please fix this.

Today I woke up and found out my entire channel "AugieRFC" was suspended (along with my personal google account that is on a completely separate email and private)

The reason I was given was for violating the child safety policy. This obviously never happened. I don't really know what else to say about that. This was likely @TeamYouTube's new AI moderation going haywire.

@Slatzism @SkepticOptimal I guess it has not been proven in a court of law that that is Decarlos Brown in that video. Obviously to our eyes and logically it is, but until he’s tried and convicted guilty he is innocent in the laws eyes. Therefore he’s “accused”. My best guess.

This is not helpful. I believe this is a false claim by a suspicious "AI" website "Outtake AI" claiming to be a personality @TheoVon. My video falls fully under fair use, and even emailing you at copyright@youtube.com for "more info" has been useless, as you gave me a generic botted response instead of more information. I should not have to give my personal information to this false claimant for a fair use critical commentary video, by submitting a counter notification. Look into this, please.

Hey @TeamYouTube I got a false copyright strike on my InternetVS YouTube channel for covering the situation with @TheoVon and the DHS. The claimant email is some suspicious website called "outtake ai", with a spam of numbers/letters, claiming to be Theo Von himself. The only content of Theo Von included in my video is the 8 second "Heard you got deported" clip (which was recorded by a fan and relevant to play in the context of the DHS reposting it), and fully falls under fair use commentary/criticism. Can I get this removed? Thanks.
