If a suspect with a holstered weapon is being ordered by law enforcement to surrender, and the suspect makes a motion towards the weapon, the officers do not have to wait for the suspect to draw the weapon. The very presence of the weapon and the act of even appearing to reach for it are sufficient to pose a threat. From the time of the "gun gun gun" warning, to the second officer drawing his weapon, to Pretti being disarmed, to the chambered and cocked weapon negligently discharged, and the second officer firing, all happens in less 2 seconds. You dipshit have the benefit from the comfort of your fkn keyboard to review the video. The officers are there in real-time risking their lives by definition, engaging a suspect who is armed and violently fighting them. YOU are the reason Pretti lost his life.
