Launched on Product Hunt today. Hit #28 out of 670+ products. Didn't get featured. This was my 8th Startup and first ever ProductHunt launch. No funding, no team, no big network. Just me sending messages to everyone I knew and refreshing the page every 2 minutes like a maniac. Huge thanks to @pmitu for hunting CroozLink and supporting throughout the launch. Wouldn't have reached #28 without him. I genuinely don't know what went wrong. Not enough upvotes in the first hour? Listing not good enough? Bad timing? But honestly? I'm not sad. 24 hours ago this product didn't exist in front of the world. Today 670+ startups launched and I beat 95% of them alone from my room. Not the result I wanted. But definitely not the end. Studying what went wrong. Coming back stronger. This was Round 1. If you are curious to know the real story behind how i got idea for Croozlink and why its very crucial for me check this out :) - producthunt.com/p/introduce-yo…

@polsia Platform fees hurt, but payout risk is worse. That’s why CroozLink store is 0% commission. You connect your own Stripe, so the money stays in your payment flow. One URL for your products, booking, story, reviews You can check the flow here- croozl.ink/marcus let me know.

Gumroad — 10% platform fee + payment processing = up to 19% total. And they have a 1.4/5 on Trustpilot with creators reporting frozen accounts and withheld payouts.

@sickdotdev Most small businesses don’t need 50 tools. They need a clean path for: inquiry → booking → docs/signature → payment → follow-up. That scattered flow is exactly why I’m building CroozLink. One client-facing link that keeps the journey together, instead of a messy process.

What tools do small business owners actually use every day? Everywhere online I see “50 must-have tools” lists, but I can’t imagine anyone realistically using even half of them. Most people I know use just a few things: - payments - invoicing - maybe a CRM - something to get customers That’s it. What tools are actually part of your daily workflow?

@yugomarsal @durov Links in bio are useful, but the bigger gap is journey. A profile should not just show where else to find someone. It should help the visitor understand who they are, what they do, and what the next step is. A simple link popup would be a good start though.

hey @durov can we get linktree alternative inside of profile pages? so we can add our websites, socials and domains instead of putting them in bio? it can be just simple link button with pop up showing all attached links would be way smoother then putting them in bio

i booked 672 calls in 30 days for a B2B SaaS. 120 days later the company went from 0 to €42,975/mo. we didn’t: - run ads - do cold outreach - spend a $1 on acquisition we simply ran our signature linkedin inbound funnel and i just put together an 11-section breakdown of the ENTIRE system... covering every post type, DM script, resource structure, and conversion mechanism we used to make this happen here's what's ACTUALLY inside it: → the 3-pillar infrastructure we built before posting a single thing (accounts, automation, conversion flow) → the 45/35/25 content mix across problem unaware, pain aware, and solution aware prospects (and why most companies get this completely wrong) → the lead magnet anatomy: hook formula, perceived value stack, visual strategy, and two-step CTA breakdown → the notion resource structure (converts before they even read page 1) → the DM system: value-first delivery, confusion opener, needs discovery, and the 5-touch follow-up sequence → the repurposing engine (turned 1,000 comments into 9,000 across 5 accounts) → the trend-jacking system (6-hour production timeline behind our 6,000-comment post) → the call structure that produced 95% credit card conversion (discovery → diagnosis → demo → activation framing) → the profile rebuild that converted 8% of visitors (headline, about section, featured, custom button) → the full 30-day content calendar (with real post examples for every awareness stage) → the 5 metrics we tracked obsessively (and what each one tells you about where your funnel is leaking) all backed by everything we learned after adding $950k+ to our clients' MRR on this platform like + comment "672" and i'll send the full breakdown (must be following + RT for priority access)

I'm one person. I work 10 hours a week on my SaaS. In the last few weeks, Claude Code has: → Written 40 blog posts → Shipped 60 SEO pages → Drafted every tweet I've posted → Handled my replies, emails, analytics → Run 5 scheduled workflows every day I just wrote up the full stack. Every skill, every scheduled task, every MCP server, every folder. Comment "claude" and follow me. I'll DM the full PDF.

@jakubmuzzik Yeah, RBI guidelines are honestly a pain, but there is a workaround. Meta and X subscriptions use UPI AutoPay authentication. Once the user approves the mandate, payments work automatically. But with credit cards, users still need to manually authorize the payment every time.

I just knew this had to be built. Today I'm wearing a hoodie with my own company's logo on it. Different feeling altogether. Logo mine, dream mine, weight mine. CroozLink.

9 months ago I went all in. Sold gold. Left international clients who paid well. Moved everything into one bet. People asked why solo. Why $29 when everyone charges more. Why this when safer options existed. Honestly I didn't have great answers back then.

I’m thinking of quitting X There’s almost no real engagement left, no real content People comment with AI, like without reading, use schedulers to generate their posts with AI to get read by AIs And tbh I get pretty bad results considering the time I invest. I spent years of my life to reach 22,000 followers, and yet I don’t often get more than 5,000 impressions per post Sometimes the website feels empty, meaningless and uninteresting, and kills my motivation Sometimes I stumble upon good content or have a nice conversation, but it’s happening less and less X is less than 5% of Uneed’s traffic now, so I don’t really need it It’s just hard to say goodbye to something I worked on for years The lesson is clear: we don’t own our audience. The only way to be « safe » from algos and stupid billionaires controlling your reach is by starting a blog or a newsletter I’m going to give it 2 more months, because I want to document the Uneed Residency here, as promised But after this, if nothing changes, I think I’m going to leave. I’ll keep building and sharing everything I can, on my newsletter and my blog. Go to my personal website (Thomas-Sanlis dot com) if you want to follow my next adventures!

Build in public update- I've been working on something in the agentic AI space and hit a wall. The problem: When AI agents start acting on behalf of humans (booking calls, sending emails, negotiating deals), how does the other party verify: 1. Who actually owns this agent? 2. Is the human accountable if something goes wrong? 3. Is this a legit agent or a scam bot? There's no standard for this right now. Anyone can name their bot anything. So I tried something - using ^ (caret) as a "bond" symbol between agent and owner. Format: AgentName^OwnerName Example: Pisara^Tanmay = Pisara is verified AI Agent bonded to Tanmay. Thinking of storing this verification on-chain (Base L2) so it's not just a display name - it's actually verifiable. Think of it like @ for humans, ^ for their verified agents. Does this make sense or am I delusional? Would love honest feedback (serious).

I am thrilled to announce that after exactly 4 years, CroozLink has officially secured its 2nd @ycombinator (S26)....... "Not Selected" email. This is actually my second YC rejection. The first one was exactly 4 years ago for my previous venture, Pucoreads. Now, you might be wondering... "What exactly is the good news here?" Honestly? It's the ultimate clarity. A concrete "no" is infinitely better than a lingering "maybe." It means no more checking emails or waiting around. More importantly, it gives me a clear deadline and the raw fuel to put my head down, build harder, and prove non-believers wrong. Every rejection is just a lesson in disguise. But that brings up another question: "Why broadcast a failure on Twitter?" Here’s the truth. Recently, I shared the massive win of getting selected for the @nvidia Inception program. When you choose to "Build in Public," you sign a silent contract with your community. I refuse to be a hypocrite who only curates a shiny highlight reel. If I’m going to celebrate my wins out loud, it is my absolute duty to share my losses with the exact same energy. The transparency has to be 100%, or it means nothing. The vision hasn't changed. The grind hasn't stopped. Back to the war room. 🚀 #startup #solofounder #bootstrap #yc #NVIDIAInception #hustle

Build in Public Update - CroozLink is officially accepted into the @nvidia Inception Program. 45 days ago I filled out that application sitting alone in my room thinking there's no way they'd even look at it. But still, I applied. Had nothing to lose. Days passed. No response. So I did what I always do. Started cold emailing them. Multiple times. My only thought was at least send me a rejection email, I'll be happy with that too honestly. Then one day, shockingly, someone actually replied. Said the team is reviewing it and it takes 2-3 weeks. I read that and thought okay, that's a polite way of saying no. Forgot about it. Moved on. Focused on building. Today I opened my email. "Congratulations, welcome to NVIDIA Inception." I stared at it for a good 5 minutes before believing it was real. Thank you @nvidia for trusting me and my vision behind CroozLink. Time to make the most of it. @NVIDIAAI #nvidiaforstartup #nvidiainceptionprogram #croozlink
