Imagine what BJP has reduced that project to in just 1 year, zero maintenance and zero funding. I genuinely cannot imagine how anyone still votes for BJP.

Being an honest taxpayer in India feels like a punishment. 💀 - Pay 30% income tax . - Then GST on almost everything. - Then road tax for roads with potholes. - Then toll tax. - Then fuel tax. - Then property tax. - ⁠Pay STCG/LTCG - ⁠Pay STT And after all this, you still pay privately for: • Healthcare => Pay for pvt hospitals • Education => Pay for pvt schools • Air => Get your own air purifier • Water => Get your own RO filter • Electricity => Get your own DG or UPS • Road => Poorly maintained or non-existent What are we paying all these taxes for? Meanwhile, the middle class gets squeezed the hardest — too rich for subsidies, too poor for luxury. In India, being salaried and honest is the most expensive lifestyle.
