@andywalkerhq Oh for sure! I think it’s safe to say “it depends”. At least that’s always my go to accountant answer 😂

This is right, but here is my rebuttal.. If I understand correctly, you would be taking all the profits or reinvesting them back into the ads and assuming it maintains the same ROAS. Which in theory makes a lot of sense, but when actually spending the money, the higher the budget goes, the ROAS drops. (Typically)

Would you rather have a better ROAS or an extra $100K in your pocket? Spending $10K to make $30K looks great on paper. But spending $100K to make $200K actually makes you richer. ROAS is just a ratio. Your bank account only cares about what is left after the spend. Chase the bigger return, NOT ot the prettier ratio.

@andywalkerhq The real answer is get the $100k and then give it to Andy @StrykerDigital and let them improve your efficiency from there!

This ignores the power of compounding. $100k at 2x ROAS vs $10k at 3x ROAS Assuming you reinvest all revenue back into ads: • Big budget compounds at 2x • Small budget compounds at 3x After 6 cycles, the $10k account overtakes the $100k account: $7.29M vs $6.4M Higher efficiency always eventually beats bigger starting capital. Compound wins. (1.5^n > 10 → n=6)

Unless you're very well capitalized, bootstrapping a business is incredibly frustrating and difficult because you have to do the lowest leverage work yourself, and it has a significant opportunity cost. I'm currently scraping paint off of stencils.

There was an employee who used to tell me every week that Perfect was the best company he’d ever worked for. I let him go about a month ago. Performance wasn’t there. He hasn’t told me Perfect is the best company he’s ever worked for once since then. It’s always good to have an opportunity to see someone’s true character when they don’t think they’re going to get a paycheck from you anymore. Like, someone who genuinely believed it would’ve kept saying it.

@1JoeSpringsteen Most of the ones I receive don’t even know my name. Some of them call me Mary?!? So either my identity been stolen, or they are doing next to no actual research.

This is the best real estate in the world. 1:1:1 Chipotle to Chick-Fil-A to Crumbl ratio. More HOAs per capita than anywhere on Earth. Only 3.5% property taxes. Only 45 minutes to downtown Dallas. Every house has a privacy fence. Current entry level price: $1.2 million

ETA searchers, first off I’m not selling. But if I were to return a vm it’d probably look something like this. I get literally hundreds of emails a week that are just spam. Most don’t even get my industry right. A few call but this one stuck out. Why do you think it does?
