NEW: Police airlift a crocodile with the body of a 59-year-old businessman inside.
Local police in South Africa say they suspected the crocodile ate the man after observing it from drones. They then shot it and airlifted it off.
When they landed back on the ground, the crocodile was sliced open, and human remains were found.
The remains are believed to be those of 59-year-old Gabriel Batista, who had previously been swept away in raging floodwaters.
His ring was found inside the animal along with six other pairs of shoes, which authorities fear may belong to other victims.
On Monday, Batista reportedly tried to drive over a flooded bridge to reach his hotel and bar, but he and his truck were swept into the water.
He was then swept down the river, where crocodiles were waiting for prey. It is unclear if Batista was already deceased when he was eaten, but authorities believe some of his other remains may have been eaten by other crocodiles.

English

@Fresh24557 @jeffndonyane Of course Jesus is our lord and personal savior. He is the way, the truth, and the life. So I would suggest you give your life to Christ and see the manifestation of his grace upon your life. Read 2 Corinthians 8:9 and see how he helps you

@LycaneX217 Hi, the proclamation protects due process and accountability.
It ensures investigations are:
Transparent (publicly gazetted)
Legally defensible in court
This protects both the state and individuals from unlawful or arbitrary investigations.

@Leftie_24 @MbuyiseniNdlozi Its a strategy to start a mini Iran invasion on blacks, there is a pattern, the involved media suddenly talks about our nuclear program in Pelindaba etc...
English

@MbuyiseniNdlozi No man. This is no longer about Starlink. Something bigger is being pushed here. What scares me is that our government/leaders they like sleeping on the job. They will only act after something has happened. Someone inside the country may be involved in this... This is scary now.

Southbound traffic on the N1 towards Kranskop Plaza in Limpopo has intensified, with motorists now using three lanes, leaving only one lane available for northbound traffic.
Traffic volumes are steadily increasing as worshippers, families, and holidaymakers make their way back to Gauteng following the Easter holidays.
Motorists are urged to remain cautious and patient along the route.
