@UchePOkoye@ideyo2k4eva like the way he finally came out straight like that. At least he’s no longer pretending to be who he’s not, just speaking his mind openly. Keep talking, we’re watching closely, because the outcome will still speak for itself.
Someone actually took time to write all that rhetoric yet said nothing meaningful. We’ve seen many presidents address the public from the airport, but politics driven by hate and propaganda will always cloud people’s reasoning.
The decision not to visit the site could simply be based on security concerns, unless you expect him to risk his life just to prove a point. Not everything is for public display, some actions are guided by intelligence that you may not be aware of.
But when your mind is already made up, it becomes impossible to see anything good. That’s what happens when politics is mixed with hate. Regardless, it won’t stop him from leading from Aso Rock till 2027, Insha Allah
Leadership Without Compassion is Not Leadership
During his visit to Benue State in June 2025, Bola Ahmed Tinubu stopped at the Government House but did not go to the actual scene where innocent Nigerians lost their lives. Similarly, yesterday in Jos, his engagement ended at the airport instead of at the affected communities.
What happened in Plateau yesterday highlights a complete absence of leadership. True leadership requires presence, empathy, compassion, and a willingness to meet people where their pain truly lies. For citizens who have just lost loved ones, homes, and their sense of safety, being addressed from an airport tarmac is profoundly inadequate.
This approach exacerbates the sense of abandonment already felt by innocent Nigerians who have endured repeated cycles of violence without meaningful protection or justice. Plateau deserves more than distant words; it requires urgent action and a clear commitment to ending the insecurity that continues to claim innocent lives.
In such moments, leadership must not only be visible but also tangible—standing with victims, listening to survivors, and acknowledging the depth of their grief.
If we truly desire a better Nigeria, we must demand leadership that is present, responsive, and responsible at all times.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO
@Nimisioluwa Where is the “but”? I’m not a fan of this guy but sensationalism won’t help.
Cos he has to be hitler to have said this your headline. Are we then different from our bastard leaders?
“You have no light at the airport, and I have to fly back within the next 10 minutes. To the victims, there's nothing I can give you, whether it's money in millions, but console you and promise you that this experience will not repeat itself."
— Tinubu tells bereaved families in Jos.
FCT Minister Wike will be the Presidential candidate of the PDP in the 2027 Presidential election. He will step down to support President Tinubu on the eve of the Presidential election. That’s the game plan. ADC will be on the ballot, APC will be on the ballot and ADC will most definitely defeat the APC. Bookmark this.
I Brought the Infinity Symbol on My Caps to Break the Shackles of Viol%lence, Hopelessness and P+verty In Nigeria— President Tinubu
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has explained that the infinity symbol featured on the caps he wears represents a political commitment to ending vi%lence, p%verty, ignorance, and hopelessness in Nigeria.
The President made the statement during his visit to Jos, Plateau State, following recent att@cks by gunmen that left several people d+ad and communities displaced.
Addressing residents, political leaders, and security chiefs, Tinubu said the symbol signifies a collective resolve to overcome persistent national challenges.
“Politically, I brought the symbol on this cap the infinity symbol to break the shackles of v%lence, the shackles of ignorance, the shackles of poverty, and the shackles of hopelessness. We must break it together,” the President said.
He commended members of the armed forces and security agencies, particularly the Nigeria Police Force, for their efforts in maintaining security, while urging them to intensify investigations and ensure those responsible for the k+llings are brought to justice.
“You must unearth and find the k+llers,” Tinubu stated, acknowledging the presence of the Inspector-General of Police, the Chief of Army Staff, and the Minister of Defence during the visit.
Reflecting on earlier political struggles and shared national aspirations, the President stressed that leadership must focus on progressive development and improving citizens’ standard of living.
“Our promise then was progressive development and improved standards of living for our people not to bury lives, but to develop,” he said.
Tinubu also announced plans to expand a federal committee to include the Plateau State Governor and the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs to assess damages and provide relief for victims.
“For the losses, we cannot replace a human being. But whatever we can do to give them minimum comfort, we will,” he added.
Wow, he must be completely clean when it comes to abuse of office and misappropriation. If you are not corrupt, you have nothing to fear. But if you are corrupt and choose to abuse the very Constitution that put you in power, be ready to face the consequences. You go face am and heaven no go fall .
“If they don’t stop we’re going to declare war”
“I will NEVER join their party”
Bauchi state Governor dares Tinubu, Wike and other APC cabal to use EFCC,INE C and other government agencies against him
No doubt, Tinubu has performed far better than you in terms of governance and achievements. Asking what he is afraid of is just an attempt to sound clever without substance. If you truly want to transform Nigeria, it must be done with respect for the Constitution and due process, not through this “papa and mama” or padi-padi narrative approach
“I speak directly to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu: with 90% of the National Assembly and over 30 of Nigeria’s 36 Governors in the APC, President Tinubu, what are you afraid of?
“If you are convinced that you have done well for the people who voted for you, why are you afraid of a free, fair, and transparent electoral contest? If you are indeed the democrat that you claim to be, why are you bent on destroying all opposition political parties?”
-Senator David Mark, Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC)
@ADCngcoalition@Lionway5 He needs to make such a statement na lol part of building bridges is twist narratives and bend history to pacify your interest.
Like Peter Obi said, when the history books are written, Abacha will be remembered as seemingly more democratic and more respectful of human rights than Bola Tinubu. The so-called champion of activism.
NEC chairman, in his interview with Abati, confirmed that ADC sent a letter stating that Nafiu Bala had resigned and it was accepted. However, Nafiu Bala has now written to the commission, claiming his signature was forged and that he never resigned. But here’s my take: Is it proper for such a transition to be done through just a letter? Is he the sole owner of the party? Are we to believe that David Mark and his team are unaware of the legal implications of this? This situation appears undemocratic, and if true, both David Mark and the current committee have serious questions to answer
INEC chairman in his interview with Abati agreed that the ADC has sent a letter that Nafiu Bala resigned and they accepted
But Nafiu Bala wrote the commission that his signature was forged and he has not resigned
And why can’t he finish projects on time? I have a governor who started even bigger projects and completed them. Dapo started the Gateway Airport, and it was commissioned yesterday with two new aircraft. So why are many projects only being completed now under the Tinubu administration?
@realness000@MediaBoyfriend@Akasiriike Is this tinubu's achievement??? Or you are just slow???
Project that has started since the time of Governor udom emmanuel under buhari's administration
Now that Victor Attah International Airport in Uyo has started full international operations, let's think about what this means.
Direct international flights into Uyo, not connecting through Lagos or Abuja.
The diaspora flying home to the Land of Promise.
Investors landing directly in the state they're investing in.
Tourism traffic flowing in without detours.
Now the world doesn't need to find Akwa Ibom through another city anymore.
It can land directly.
Some people will still be asking, “What has Tinubu done? Could this have happened during PDP or Buhari’s time?” Honestly, this is just a small part of what some states have done. Some will say, “But this is a state project.” Fine, but if insecurity is still happening in your state, somehow it becomes Tinubu’s fault. Nigerians have a way of deceiving themselves. Every bad thing we do eventually comes back to us.
Because of politics, people spread all kinds of lies and propaganda, but it always affects us as citizens. If all we do is criticize leaders without talking sense, it just makes them tough and unemotional. They stop taking us seriously, even when the issues are real. We need to change how we do things. Let’s talk about real issues instead of wasting time on nonsense. That’s the only way we can become credible and hold our leaders accountable.
