I’ve been obsessing over HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) since late aug 2025. started with 1.3APA in Shenzhen and also tried 1.5APA in Shanghai, all in chambers made by a Chinese company called O2ark. sleep quality is much better & oura sleep score is trending up. I feel less brain fog during the day & can focus better without caffeine. landed in New Delhi last night and my first “attraction” is finding the only chamber in India that is not a lie flat chamber. I have a bit of claustrophobia 👾
