White Plains Little League beat Saugerties yesterday and Union-Endicott today to earn a spot in the state semifinals on Thursday in Staten Island. WPLL is about 5 wins from Williamsport. They’d be the 1st Westchester team to win the state title since Cortlandt American in 1970.
