@BenStandig @BenjaminSolak He was barely above average in almost every rate passing stat. I don’t see how you can be so sure Jayden Daniels was the only reason WAS improved when the entire coaching staff was new as well. Especially considering he was just plain bad the year after that.

@BenjaminSolak There was a very strong argument that Daniels should have been the MVP in 2024 considering Washington’s projection and result. But we don't give MVP to rookies. 2nd year is another story.

I feel like people are memory-holing that Jayden Daniels wasn't very good when he played this year bc it's more convenient to just blame injuries for everything (injuries that are extremely unsurprising for a guy who weighs 190 pounds and scrambled 15% of the time anyway)
