What is the one thing you wish UTXOs had?

I am a solo founder. I’ve been thinking maybe I should build in public, film myself. I feel like the journey, the struggles could interest people. But it’s like I am so scared to take the step. Solo founders, any advices ?

Just realized our team at Suby is shipping an insane amount of work for a 2 full-time + 2 part-time crew. It’s getting hard to sustain. So we’re slowing down new merchant onboarding to fix our processes, especially fraud detection and filtering for quality merchants. Right now I’m solo on: – creating and posting all content – product iteration UX/UI (+ team review) – merchant reviews – cold outreach replies – 6 calls every afternoon My work is becoming heavily operational and leaves less room for where I’m strongest: creativity. We’re going back to a softer pace. 12-hour days non-stop isn’t the move. Build mode ≠ burn mode.
