Did Wuchang Fallen Feathers just get saved?
Digital Bros, the Italian company behind publisher 505 Games, has acquired the full IP rights to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers for about 4 million Euro.
The game, developed by Leenzee and published by 505 Games, sold over 1 million copies by March 31, 2026 and generated more than 30 million Euro in revenue. Digital Bros says this confirms the IP’s long‑term potential.
According to the company, owning the IP lets them make faster decisions on future development and eliminates all future royalty payments to the original developer. They also said the deal supports their strategy of expanding fully owned IP to strengthen margins and long‑term value creation.
