@waitrose I do use my card every shop, as I use scan and pay everytime. Is there an expected time period in which I can expect vouchers to return? Removing them from loyal shoppers feels like an odd move.

@waitrose Hi, I've noticed I've not had personalised vouchers in my app for the past month, despite spending hundreds on groceries (and getting notifications that 'my vouchers are available'). Only complimentary vouchers are appearing. Is there a way to fix this?

@mikeandcate @waitrose It is quite frustrating, especially when I do my weekly shop at Waitrose every week, and I continue to get notifications that 'my new vouchers are available' when they are in fact, not.

@waitrose @redheadedbaker This answer (which is roughly what I got as well) is terribly frustrating and irritating. Apparently some customers are singled out for reasons Waitrose refuses to explain, and they don't vouchers for a month or more. The "short periods" comment is particularly irritating.
