When you get a microphone in your hand and on your chin you need to enhance the experience of the telecast of the art taking place in real time. You aren’t bigger than the game itself but you need to articulate to viewers how truly special the product is in real time. Providing excitement, useful analytical information and or insight for viewers from firsthand playing experience at the very same professional level. How do I apply to get a (PTO) for ESPN hockey during the playoffs? It’s not because I’m better looking than anyone on these panels. It’s not about anyone there not having the Usain Bolt level quick wit I can provide. It’s seriously not about those god given skillsets that I want to share with the hockey community. It’s not a me vs anyone attitude. It’s about adding a 1 of 1 youthful comedic element to make hockey more fun and enjoyable to experience when the game isn’t in action. I know ESPN is probably a relatively woke corporation but just throwing this out there, I am 25% indian and would / could classify as a minority if needed. I’m not being cocky, I just know what I can do. Plus I don’t have an agent or some manager that you’re always pissed at. I represent myself. Anyone at ESPN this is sent with respect. The Ralph Engelstad Arena pays homage to all those who walked before. A building littered in Sioux heads, tradition and tribute. The second you step inside the majestical 12,000+ leather seat arena, it gives you a pulse. If the walls could talk they would be screaming at you to hold no bars. From the time I started bleeding green in 1993 I never wanted to be a part of anything more. The bonds and friendships I have made because of the university of North Dakota I am forever indebted. Those are my dawgs and we embodied what it meant to be a Sioux (still do). North Dakota is home to me. My entire family is from that great state and this weekend means more than anything to us. How is bottle service still even a thing? Listen I’m not sitting here telling you I am above it or never did it. Believe me I had my day. I’ve been at tables we spent a Toyota CRV on Ace of spades champagne showers and funneling Casa Azul out of the bottle like complete jackasses thinking it was the sickest thing ever. But once I came out of that fog and realized what margins were and the fact that they were charging $1,000 for a bottle of Tito’s that MSRP retails for $21.99 at the local liquor store I was out. Minus every dude sitting at the table thinking they had a chance with the bottle service girl, you can’t even talk to anyone. Trying to figure out what year some chick from Florida state graduated in between the smoke machine going off. An interesting name still on the #NHL free agent market is the pride of Mississauga, Ontario, 29 year old Bob Fabbri. The veteran of 442 national hockey league matches comes from a championship pedigree dating back to the 2015 world juniors winning gold as well as an OHL championship and obviously hoisting the Stanley Cup in St. Louis in 2019. Injuries have plagued him throughout his career but he is just one season removed from scoring 18 goals and a very useful powerplay player. A low risk signing on a 1 year type of ticket could slot Fabbri into a top 9 role and at very worst second PP. Teams that are weak on the left side especially on the 3rd line, this is a type of player that immediately adds value. Great dude. Still has game. Will be playing with something to prove. I hate to say it I don’t think the goat Roger Feds would have an answer for Jannik Chinner right now. I’ve never seen action quite like this on a forehand before in my 52 years of watching the sport.
