@TravelodgeUK just taken a bite of what I thought was a veggie pizza in one of your hotels, to bite into chicken. The box was clearly labelled ‘Veg’ and we were assured by the server that the pizza was a vegetarian, only to realise it was a BBQ Chicken. This is not okay.

@thetrainline what’s the process of requesting a refund if you were unable to get onto your train because it was full due to the disruptions. Had a seat reservation, but couldn’t even get past the doors because of how busy it was.
