@MyNykaa Why should a paying customer be punished for Nykaa’s internal failure? This delay, repeated excuses, and lack of accountability are unacceptable

@MyNykaa It has now been 3 days, and the product has still not been picked up. Adding to the negligence, the pickup partner refused to collect the item stating it is “broken.” Of course it is broken — that is exactly how it was delivered to me.

@MyNykaa This entire experience with Nykaa has been extremely unacceptable. My 60-minute delivery order was fulfilled with a broken CeraVe face wash — sent without a lid. This is not a customer mistake but a clear quality check and dispatch failure by Nykaa’s logistics team. .
