So just been robbed by @UberEats in coordination with @McDonaldsUK and delivery using mcdelivery. After watching the Uber driver drive around an estate next to ours for 20 mins and then giving up and saying delivery complete I am now money down and no food delivery. #thieves

@UberUKI_Support Is there a email for anyone there I can use as that helpline is as much use as chocolate fire guard. I want this sorting out as I am not having @McDonaldsUK or this uber driver literally steal my money all because he could not use his sat nav to my address.

@UberUKI_Support Yes I called that number straight away and got fobbed of by them! No help what so ever some Indian call centre and said won’t refund as the driver waited (the fact I was watching the driver drive in circles on the wrong estate obviously is not a excuse not to receive our order

@UberUKI_Support This was done through the McDonald’s app and I presume then a Uber driver? Either way you both work in partnership with each other to provide this service. I spoke to your helpline on the 0800 number and got fobbed off with no help what so ever apart from them saying NO REFUND

Customer service @UberEats on the helpline a disgrace! So no food, they have my money and apparently won’t refund all because a driver of theirs could not follow a sat nav map and was driving around the wrong estate! #uber #lostusingasatnav #uberthieves

After speaking to @UberEats I presume in some call centre in India I was told they can do nothing and the Uber driver tried contacting me , no call received! I tried calling the driver and some automated message. Apparently that’s what they can do and just take your food and cash
