@dclg_en It depends on the management team: do they want to see the aggregated data across all teams? or how do they decide that a global plan goes well? I encourage "golden standards". Then the big picture becomes transparent and diagnosable.

@regeda The question was rather about if it's worth creating global team workflow in a large engineering org, some "golden standard" vs. letting each team to figure out their own workflow (with potential drawback of reinventing the wheel in the teams)

Here's how I used to run our weekly team meeting while I was at Uber. I tried to cut down on as many meetings as possible. I found that this meeting: about 45-60 minutes/week was key to everyone being on the same page. And for engineers to be aware of business & product.
