What the hell is wrong with @Debenhams ordered something last Friday to be delivered within 2 working days and almost a week later it's still not been dispatched. Nobody to speak to. Just random bots acting like customer service. Fuming! @BBCNews@SkyNews
@Debenhams real issues with a faulty item my partner is trying to return and either get a refund or replacement but so far keeps getting fobbed off by a third party company and this isn’t what you expect from a uk company failing consumer act rights not happy or impressed at all
@Debenhams what a joke of a company you are, you hide your email address and do not operate a telephone line but have the cheek to call yourselves a customer service department. I found your email and you did not respond except for an auto response then NOTHING BUT SILENCE! Why?

@Debenhams have been waiting for over 24 hours for a response from your customer support via WhatsApp and email. Ordered a child's coat but received an adult fleece nothing like the ordered item. Seems no other way of contacting you. This is ridiculous.
@Debenhams what an awful company. Take money, don’t deliver, don’t rely for days. Strong you out for days with same conclusion. Avoid’ the boohoo reputation is generally awful anyway, efforts no better as Debenhams.

Does anyone know how I can contact @Debenhams to actually get a response? I’ve been chasing a refund for 2 weeks and after saying they’ll investigate they’re now just ignoring me! Absolutely appalling customer service.

@Debenhams absolutely shocking customer service in relation to a refund. Items returned on 25/09 and refund should have been received by the 10/10. Countless emails sent but ages to reply.
