Does anyone remember cone gate 2021? Where the cones generously loaned by ADOT to respond to the public health emergency were ripped from public test sites. This is the mess left with when we had to choose to either spend hundreds of thousands on cones or close the sites

Don’t use @mindbody if you want any of your customer service issues to be taken care of. I have had issues since I began in December and this particular issue has been going on since January, no resolution.

@TheFabulousOne @mindbody But I could not be more disappointed, in how things have gone. Even though I was warned by previous staff, as well as other independent aesthetics practices, and trainers. I just assumed that I they were isolated incidents. It is widespread and horrifying.

@mindbody Our class sign-up link is not working for the last 10-12 days. We contacted the MB support team through phone/email. They are simply replying that this is a bug and it will take some time to fix it. They even didn't mention any last date to resolve the issue.

Ouch!!!! A small business that runs on @mindbody can’t get basic support to help charge for her classes. You know things must be bad if she has to turn to Twitter to try and actually charge for classes.
