Arch will play for the Jets if they are in position to draft him and if he's the QB they want. I am certain of this. Biggest misconception about Peyton and Jets in 1997 is he didn't want to play for them and that's why he went back to Tennessee. The reality is Archie called Parcells twice at Peyton's insistence to find out if Jets were taking him first. When Parcells would not commit, it helped convince Peyton to go back to school. He wanted to play for Parcells and Jets and didn't want to enter draft not knowing where he was playing. He might have returned to school even if Parcells guaranteed he would take him but he didn't go back to school to avoid the Jets. It was different in 2012 when Peyton was FA after Colts cut him. He rejected Jets when they wanted to sign him and he went to Broncos.
