I met with one of my constituents who bravely served in Afghanistan, and he did me the incredible honor of presenting me with his ribbon rack. He and the people he served with have seen forever wars their entire lives. It is time for these needless, thoughtless wars to end.

Since the war against Iran began, hundreds of civilians in Lebanon have been killed and injured, and over a million people have been displaced. Israel has also signaled plans to occupy much of southern Lebanon. This cannot continue — civilians must be protected, civilian infrastructure should not be targeted, and we must stop any Israeli occupation of Lebanon.

Donald Trump has launched us into an illegal, unauthorized war in Iran, and just two days ago, he threatened to end an entire civilization. His unhinged, dangerous threats show once again how unfit he is to be president. He must be removed from office now.

The war in Iran has gone on too long — and should have never started in the first place. Congress must immediately vote on another War Powers Resolution.

This illegal war must end. And Donald Trump needs to be removed from office.

Thousands of Iranian and Lebanese civilians have been killed, millions more displaced. U.S. servicemembers' lives are being put in danger. And Americans are paying the price at the gas pump. Congress must vote on a War Powers Resolution to end Trump’s illegal war now.

ICYMI: I reintroduced the Ultra-Millionaire Tax Act. If billionaires paid their fair share, we could pay for community college for every American, expand health care access, and reinvest in the American people.

Paramount Skydance is trying to buy Warner Brother Discovery for $110 BILLION, which would give massive media control to one giant company run by a major Trump supporter. It also means less choices and higher costs for you. We need to stand up to this corporate consolidation.

I’m relieved Trump did not destroy an entire civilization last night, but his unhinged threat and illegal war make it clear he is unfit to serve as president. Trump needs to be removed from office. And we must oppose his new $1.5 trillion budget proposal for more war.

Trump is threatening war crimes, which could lead to untold destruction in Iran. And here at home, prices are spiking and will continue to go up. The American people do not want this.

Donald Trump threatening the destruction of an entire civilization is madness. He is completely unfit to serve as President of the United States. Invoke the 25th Amendment. Or Republicans must stand up with us to impeach him. We cannot allow him to set fire to the world.

This threat is outrageous, dangerous, and unhinged. Trump’s illegal war in Iran has already led to enormous death and destruction, including a school bombing that killed over 100 children. Congress must immediately act to rein him in before more people die.
