fair point. the sender needs a wallet, yes. the receiver does not. that is what is new. send private $USDC to any phone number. the recipient gets a claim link by SMS. they can register a wallet and claim without any prior setup. we are not replacing wallets. we are removing the requirement for the other side to have one… $USDP But EVERY privacy protocol requires both sides to have a wallet, yet we are removing that option for the recipient
