@reprobatemind2 @ADixonMusic Yeah I've heard that's the concept and to be fair I was aware he did that before I went. But I personally just found it irritating and frustrating. I don't want a perfect duplicate by any means but I want the music to bear some similarity to the songs I know.

Just back from seeing Bob Dylan in Leeds. There's a man who does shows on his terms and no one else's! Very enjoyable, very different. The most intimate arena gig imaginable.

@CashTracey1 @ADixonMusic The point is that he reinvents the song on stage. You might not like it. But you're seeing a new creation every night. I personally prefer that to watching a duplicate of the studio recording

@ADixonMusic Saw him in liverpool about 8 years ago. I'm glad I've seen him live but would not make an effort to see him again. His voice was fine but musicaly the songs were unrecognisable from the original versions. Bizarre and pointless.

@DanNeidle I was a commercial property lawyer for many years in a large national firm. It got to the point in circa 2015 where all SDLT calculations (even for relatively straightforward matters) had to be "blessed" by the tax team.
