On January 6th I followed the crowd into the Capitol and shouted. Police stood by the whole time, hanging out with us and sometimes directing us places. At one point near the House Chambers I was walking downstairs when a trio of some special section, secret service looking men started pointing guns in my direction. Confused and annoyed, I walked the other way and when I saw a normal police officer asked him why they were doing that. He informed me a protestor (Ashli Babbit) had been killed, and advised me to leave the building. I walked towards the exit and after a short rest on the bench I left. I harmed nobody and damaged no property that day and complied with all police orders. What I received for that was a pre-dawn raid at my parents house, where my 1 month post-partum wife and I were staying, on Biden's first day in office. His DOJ had signed the order to arrest me 3 hours after his inauguration. In the subsequent weeks I received death threats online and harassing phone calls, something that would be ongoing for the next few years. I was banned from Meta and Paypal. My wife and I were both debanked by PNC and banned from Airbnb. My wife was detained at the airport for hours with our newborn daughter. I was charged with 4 misdemeanors and the 1512 unconstitutional felony. The government offered to drop the misdemeanors if I pled to the felony. The felony was a lie, so I refused and went to trial. At trial the prosecution for 2 days straight was allowed to show footage to the jury of things that occurred around the Capitol I wasn't present for "for context." When we asked to put forward footage that contradicted the prosecution's "context" we were not allowed. They could show what they wanted, we could not. Police officers were then put on the stand for the next 2 days who cried about their experiences. I had no idea who they were. They admitted they never saw me or interacted with me. Nevertheless like every other J6er, I lost, and was sentenced to 4 years and $22k in fines and restitution. Yet even after the Supreme Court overturned the felony, the judge would not let me out until my misdemeanor sentences of a year were maxed out. Because she can't count she actually kept me in longer - to the extent she intervened at the last minute to make the prison release me on a Sunday, something that is against BOP rules. My family sat outside the prison gates the Friday before practically the whole day waiting in vain because of this pettiness. But the government wasn't satisfied with their pound of flesh: after my release they took me back in for resentencing, to attempt to have me resentenced after the fact to my misdemeanors consecutively, so I'd be taken from my family again and have another 1.5 years behind bars. This time I won, as they had no legal precedent and it skirted on violating double jeopardy since I had served my full prison time. Even still, it cast a cloud over the holidays and cost me another 20k my family couldn't afford. People ask whether prison was bad, and yeah of course prison sucked. It was a hard and violent place. I was present for a stabbing, and was lucky to avoid two fights and a race war. But dealing with Biden's DOJ and the DC Judiciary was the real trauma - they would grind down your spirit by weaponizing the legal system and use the endless procedure to bankrupt you. I had nightmares for months after release that I had somehow been hit with new charges. By the time I was pardoned by President Trump, I had spent literally every single day of Biden's presidency either in prison or under some form of supervision. I had incurred over $300k in legal fees and over $1 million in lost business. It was a reign of terror, and yet it was a mere foreshadowing of what they had planned for anyone else who opposed them under Kamala. The country should never forget it.

We had MAHA. We had DOGE. We had Congress, the popular vote, everything we needed! You could’ve shut your mouth, deported the illegals, eliminated the IRS, released the files, stayed out of new wars, and drained the freaking swamp. It was perfect. But, nooo, you just had to blow it up! You just had to go after Massie, the one guy actually pushing the America First agenda that *you* ran on! You and your pride and your ego! You just had to be the man. If you’d done your job, known your place, we’d all be fine right now!

"Granted, making assumptions on who the aggressor was works both ways and anyone presuming Chud provoked THIS encounter are also making an assumption without hard evidence. However, those people have a REASONABLE assumption considering there’s countless hours of video where Chud is provoking OTHER people on live stream." Assumption. Assumption. Assumption. So many assumptions. To convict you must have proof BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT. Assumptions don't get you there, genius.
The Misfit Patriot@misfitpatriot_

Notice how this “lawyer” framed his arguments by just assuming the antagonist was Joshua Fox? His entire legal opinion is predicated on a presumption that Dalton (Chud) did absolutely nothing to provoke the other guy, and even if we knew nothing about either party involved, that would still be a weak argument considering there’s no video released of the altercation. A good lawyer would probably say “this affidavit shows the prosecutors took other variables into consideration for the charges, because a bladed stance and reaching for a gun CAN be a treated as a threat of bodily harm depending on the situation, and they probably believe Joshua Fox may have been the one acting in self defense.” Granted, making assumptions on who the aggressor was works both ways and anyone presuming Chud provoked THIS encounter are also making an assumption without hard evidence. However, those people have a REASONABLE assumption considering there’s countless hours of video where Chud is provoking OTHER people on live stream. There’s also video of Chud and tweets saying he’s gonna kill someone and get off because he will argue self defense, making the assumption even greater that he was the aggressor and this could be pre meditated. Bottom line is this affidavit doesn’t show anything other than the prosecutors believe Chud was the aggressor and thats why he has those charges. They’ve seen the security footage and we haven’t, and just blindly assuming they saw he did nothing wrong and locked him up anyway based on this affidavit is nothing more than conjecture.

Massie's not only the most conservative member of congress - in the freedom and constitutionalist sense - but also the smartest. He graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and while there, invented a haptic computer interface, founded a technology company in his dorm room, got dozens of patents, and made millions of dollars. Today the tech he invented is used in surgical training, robotics, and molecular research, among other things.
Alex Clark@yoalexrapz

The commentary online I’m seeing insinuating that “Thomas Massie is a Democrat” because he spars with Trump is literal retard boomer propaganda for the lowest of IQ individuals. Massie is probably the most conservative member of Congress what are you even talking about? Massie sticks to conservative principles even when politically inconvenient which is WHY Trump doesn’t like him. Trump doesn’t want you to vote for Massie over vanity reasons not because he is a “Democrat”. •He votes against “emergency” power grabs and bipartisan consensus bills that most Republicans eventually cave on. •He’s one of the few members who regularly reads and publicly critiques the actual text of legislation instead of just voting with leadership. •He opposed COVID lockdown policies, vaccine mandates, and massive pandemic spending earlier and more consistently than many Republicans who later rebranded as anti-lockdown. •He’s unusually hostile to corporate welfare, subsidies, and government-backed market manipulation, not just Democratic programs. •He frequently takes positions that hurt him politically or socially in DC because he prioritizes constitutional consistency over party optics. •He’s skeptical of the intelligence/security apparatus in a way that aligns with old-school civil-libertarian conservatism. •He has a long track record of voting against omnibus packages that many “conservative” Republicans publicly complain about but ultimately support because they are WEAK. He’s the most ideologically consistent. People may dislike his positions, but it’s hard to argue he’s transactional or opportunistic. He’s one of the rare Republicans whose voting record often aligns almost perfectly with a STRICT interpretation of limited federal power. He’s the most conservative member of Congress do not lose him!!!

Chuds lawyers office was getting death threats even BEFORE the incident a few days ago.. yes, death threats for defending someone initially charged with a misdemeanor. Funny how none of these retards care when law firms defend gang members who kill children in crossfires or pedophiles. They literally think saying nigger is worse than pedophilia and murder. You can take offense to something, but to take so much offense that a word gets your more mad than actual murder.. insane.
