@praxisaus I think this sounds very reasonable. Set incremental targets. Try to work on each part of the process - ethics, protocols, recruitment, data, manuscript writing - to improve performance at each level. A multi-pronged attack!

@researchcollabs Maybe incremental change is what we should seek and perhaps specific degrees of change relative to different disciplines/disease states? Measuring awareness rates as an indicator of future predictions? Measuring inclusion of normally excluded popns too? Multi pronged approach 🤷🏼‍♀️

What proportion of clinical trials do not reach their target patient recruitment or require extended time frames for recruitment? Anyone got data on this?
