@SamsungMobile Worst Customer experience from Samsung shop when trying to return a newly bought phone.You just lost a very loyal customer Samsung- if you care i.e. Your own employees don't know your processes and your managers don't have time to talk to customers.

@British_Airways And yet BA is cancelling Dec flights to India left right and centre!! Why ?? Commercial Reasons?? The only option I was given was a refund - no alternatives available to rebook! BA, we need to be in India to immerse my dad's ashes - We need a flight to India not our money back.
