@British_Airways once again such disrespect from BA one of 65 lost bags on flight to Atlanta April 1. No bag no contact from BA but may receive Monday 4days later as they do not deliver over the weekend! No confidence I will see again.

@British_Airways, it does feel to me like the worst baggage delivery at T5 I had for a long while. I do know my luggage are near me but they haven't appeared yet like quite a few customers. It is now 1h after landing from Boston BA212

@British_Airways trying to find out what’s happened to my luggage that wasn’t loaded at LHR to LCA. Nobody at Larnaca airport answers and your Gold executive club team doesn’t seem to know either. Glad to spend over £20K a year with BA who decided not to load my one bag!

@British_Airways Just when you think BA cant get any worse, they do. I paid in advance for a seat, but they removed me from it when I checked in, and said I had to apply for a refund. No other airline treats its customers with such disdain.

Hey @British_Airways, this is absolutely pathetic! My Marlboro Gold cigarettes and Tom Ford perfume were stolen/removed from my check-in bag during my Delhi to Edinburgh flight (PNR: XZKVST). Now you’re giving me some lame excuse to keep valuables in hand luggage?

@British_Airways what a special treat as I lower my tray on BA2661 just now. Delays in flight are no reason for lack of cleaning. Unless you want to give us a refund to clean it ourself. Just a sign of decline.

@British_Airways Did that Cody. Was offered a THIRD of hotel bill and meals total despite me taking the cheapest options at all times. Imagine my surprise when a friend on the same flight submitted expenses £500 MORE than mine and was reimbursed completely. It’s completely unacceptable

Imagine @British_Airways cancels your flight home at 10pm, offers no support, hotel or transport then REFUSES to pay your meals and hotel until the next scheduled flight but DOES pay up for Gold Members, and very quickly @Mattallwright
