Hey @British_Airways - if you cancel a flight due to technical problems at 9:30pm on a Saturday, and the next flight isn’t until Monday, isn’t it your legal duty to provide a hotel room for 2 days?

Imagine @British_Airways cancels your flight home at 10pm, offers no support, hotel or transport then REFUSES to pay your meals and hotel until the next scheduled flight but DOES pay up for Gold Members, and very quickly @Mattallwright
@benchurch23@British_Airways@Mattallwright Agree Ben. And clearly don’t see the impact. I won’t use them again. For the sake of £700 - they’ve lost thousands from my future flights. And I fly a lot.

@British_Airways Did that Cody. Was offered a THIRD of hotel bill and meals total despite me taking the cheapest options at all times. Imagine my surprise when a friend on the same flight submitted expenses £500 MORE than mine and was reimbursed completely. It’s completely unacceptable

I’ve never flown with my family using @VirginAtlantic before. I’ve now found out that to sit together, you have to pay to pre-book your seats. For a family of five that is £220 EACH WAY. That’s on top of your actual ticket, so it’s cost me £440 to sit with my kids on the plane!
The absolute audacity! 🤯 My neighbor actually came to my door and got MAD because I changed MY wifi password that she’s been using for free.
Apparently, "the landlord said it was okay" means I have to pay her bills now? 💸😂

Flight from Cayman Islands cancelled. @British_Airways did not provide hotel or transport. Stranded. Found cheapest hotel on web at 10pm on a Saturday night. Still v expensive. Rebooked onto next scheduled flight 2 days later. BA refusing to pay £1000 expenses incurred. Appalling
