I've always thought Voyager 1 would've been a good premise for a Pixar movie (back when they were reliably good).
Cute, plucky little spaceship getting further away from home, wonders why the humans are taking longer and longer to get back to him. Is he not doing a good job?
He goes around doing all sorts of experiments, dodging asteroids and other space dangers, working really hard, but eventually the humans just stop talking to him altogether.
He gets sad and lonely. Maybe he bumps into a little alien probe who becomes his friend. They have to work together to accomplish some big thing, but they both have to head home after.
Voyager gets sad, because he's leaving his friend and going back to a planet that he thinks has forgotten him, but as he gets closer, all the messages the humans have been sending him start coming through, faster and faster.
They never forgot, he was just too far away, but they kept sending him messages hoping he'd hear them one day.
The theme would be something wholesome like "know that you are loved, even when life gets tough, even if you don't hear it every day. An adventure isn't good because it's easy."
Vague Wall E meets Project Hail Mary vibes.

Why is there a subset of old-school gamers that speak like fucking conservatives
Miikoto🇻🇦✝️@Moth865
What happened to Zelda really saddens me. Fans of the original games and fans of the wild era games are fans of completely different things, and it so happens that the most popular games by far the the wild era ones, so 70% of Zelda “fans” have no love for the soul of the series.

@blacknredtext Like does the TRex have food too or is it actively hunting me?

@ava_isa_blessed This scene doesn’t get enough credit. It showed how strong Rosalina is while also having her be the damsel in distress because she let her guard down to protect the lumas

@MaxQuesterVids @movie_tvshows_ It’s a play on the butterfly effect. You never know how the smallest change makes ripples in everything. Common time travel trope. Timey wimey. Don’t think about it too hard 😂
English

@movie_tvshows_ This...actually kind upsets me thinking about this. Like....Because someone steps on a butterfly the very same person who stepped on that butterfly changed? That's NOT HOW TIME TRAVEL WORKS!

@emmywayne64 Batman would have found a way to implant a virus from the day they met that could be activated by his utility belt

@maxtumin @ThePhysicsMemes Been a while since I took physics but I think if you throw it, your body will launch in the opposite direction

@ThePhysicsMemes Is it even possible to throw a rock in space without some kind of place to stand?

Yeah this guy is obviously wrong, but it got me thinking, who IS the most iconic Nintendo character not playable in Smash?
Bring Back Banjo@BringBackBanjoK
I genuinely think it’s time Peppy and Slippy became playable in smash. They’re arguably the most iconic Nintendo characters not yet playable (alongside Toad & Dixie Kong). Yeah they wouldn’t be that unique, but 2 more lower effort characters is fine. They’re arguably overdue.
