Spending my Sunday watching my son participate in a taekwondo training camp. Over 70 participants in the camp and a huge mix of ages and abilities. Very inspiring and super proud of the way he’s taking part! A great day of challenging himself while being inspired by others!

I taught a darts cross curricular PE / Maths lesson today with a year 9 class who absolutely loved it! This is our new set up, equipment from @AmazonUK which didn’t break the budget. The wall might now have a few new holes in it but they loved the experience 🎯 @OfficialPDC

Already know my NY resolution for 2025. I’m going to start matching the energy I get from interactions with others, be that friends, family, relationships or colleagues. I so often go above & beyond for people to get bare minimum back & I’m not taking that into the new year 💁🏼‍♀️
