I’m sorry but where was his situational awareness exactly? It’s not normal behavior to lay on the ground on the side of the interstate which was the first red flag. It also appears the subject displayed aggressive body language from the start, so what would compel him to get out of his vehicle to engage? Also, the family lives paycheck to paycheck but he’s driving a $100,000 vehicle? I’m honestly not trying to be mean, but it bothered me more that he put himself in that situation.
